No Refunds or Returns

All purchases made on the AuraMC store are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

1. Digital Goods

All items, ranks, and perks sold on the AuraMC store are digital goods. Once delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, your account may be permanently banned from AuraMC and all purchased items will be revoked.

3. Delivery Issues

If you experience issues with delivery (item not received), please contact a staff member in-game or via Discord. We will investigate and resolve genuine delivery issues promptly.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the AuraMC administration team. Such decisions are final and binding.
